Competitions and Fundraisers

Our competition at Central Washington University was very successful for team 4125. We won the chairmans award, were alliance captains and finalists. Thanks to our amazing alliance partners 4061 and 2148 we were able to get as far as we did. We would like to thank everyone for the amazing support we have been shown throughout this exciting year. Now we are preparing to go to to the Pacific Northwest District Championship (PNW) competition in Cheney, WA. April 6-8. We have two fundraisers planned before we leave for the PNW competition. On the first of April we will be having a can and bottle drive 8:00am-1:00pm across from Harvest Foods in Umatilla. Our Robo-Parents have set up an account at

Central Competition

Our next competition is this weekend! Located at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. We're looking forward to watching Dewey compete, and of course we also can't wait to cheer on our team and other teams. During our time at home, build has been working hard to make Dewey even better, and logistics has been finalizing all plans and reservations for this weekend.

West Valley Competition

Our first competition at West Valley High School, March 2-4, was a blast! We did have some technical difficulties with the robot on Friday, but when the robot was working Dewey was great! Both days were filled with excitement and cheering, Saturday especially. On the second day of competition, we had more successful matches and we were picked to be in the seventh alliance with 5942 and 3220. In the quarterfinals we lost our first match, won our second, and lost our third. Even though we didn't make it further than the quarterfinal matches, we are very proud of how our robot is doing this year. We did not win any awards at our first competition but we have been working hard and are hopeful fo

First Competition Preparations

With our first competition just around the corner, our team is busy getting everything ready to go. We had our second annual dance practice for new and veteran team members last night. We also had our second annual hat ceremony where we recognize and elaborate the importance of every team member, new and old. There will be posts made on social media throughout the competition, so everyone can see our progress. The Blue Alliance will be live streaming the competition, so no one will have to miss out on the action and excitement of competition. Again, we would like to thank our supporters that have helped us get to where we are, we are very grateful for your support.
